While it’s not a requirement to speak Spanish for your wedding in Spain, it can be helpful to have at least a basic understanding of the language. But don´t worry, our team speaks Spanish – and other local languages, such as Catalan if you are getting married in Catalonia & the Balearics – as well as English. Once we start working together and we know what you are looking for, we will contact the most appropriate local suppliers accordingly. We speak their language and we can negotiate on your behalf.

While it’s helpful to have a general idea of where in Spain you want to get married, it’s not necessary to have a specific location in mind when you begin planning your wedding. In fact, a wedding planner can help you find the perfect location based on your preferences and budget.

Spain has many beautiful regions and cities that are popular for weddings, such as the Barcelona area, Catalonia in general, Madrid, Andalusia/ Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca/ Alicante, Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. Each region has its own unique culture, cuisine, and scenery, so it’s worth researching different areas to find one that fits your vision and budget. When you work with a wedding planner or venue coordinator in Spain, they can help you narrow down your options and suggest locations that meet your needs and preferences. From beach venues to luxury hotels, private villas to castles and country estates, we can find your ideal wedding location. We can also provide insights into the local wedding industry and recommend vendors and service providers.

Sure! You can typically bring your own photographer, videographer, celebrant, or other wedding vendors to your wedding in Spain. We can provide you with a list of recommended local vendors and service providers in the area, but you’re free to choose your own if you prefer. Just keep in mind that some venues or vendors may charge a fee for using outside vendors or may have certain restrictions on what vendors are allowed on the property. Some foreign vendors may require a work visa or temporary residence permit to work in Spain legally, so it’s important to make sure they have all the necessary documentation to avoid any legal issues.

Virtual wedding consultations let you hold a detailed discussion with your luxury planner. You can even share visuals without the need to meet in person. Your luxury planner needs to understand what you are looking for and the style of your wedding. We suggest you find either a comfy space at home with a strong internet connection and avoid using a mobile phone; instead, use a larger screen device to enhance your screen-sharing experience. This is the first step for your luxury wedding, so you’re welcome to bring a glass of champagne to toast the occasion.

Your luxury planner will send you a wedding proposal explaining how we’ll create a unique wedding experience for you and your guests. You can go through this information and then decide if you want to move forward with your luxury planner who then will send you a contract in order to secure our services.

For some of our full-planning clients we will take meetings with vendors and/or visit venues on their behalf, though travel costs may be charged depending on the location.
