PAYMENT METHODS:
We offer the following payment methods:
CARD: Your bank account will be debited with the purchase price immediately or within 24 hours of placing the order, once the payment is confirmed by our bank. If the card is declined by the POS (RedSys Point of Sale Terminal), the order will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified online or via email. Your card details are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers. We do not store or have access to your financial information.
PAYMENT SECURITY: The use of electronic payment systems on our website carries legal liabilities. Certain practices may be considered online scams, including providing false details, using data belonging to others, forging cardholder information, or using generated card numbers.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Orders are delivered through our collaborating transport companies.
Orders are processed and handled from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. WITHDRAWAL – RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification. To initiate a return:

Upon receiving the product, we’ll verify the return conditions.
If accepted, the refund will be processed as soon as possible (within 14 days).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Ensure the product is properly packaged and in optimal condition, preferably in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from order delivery. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

WARRANTY:
We guarantee the high quality of our products and that they are generally free from defects in material or labor. The warranty period is effective from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE?
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, modifications, neglect, improper cleaning products, outdoor use, or common wear and tear due to daily use. It also excludes slight aesthetic variations in color.
HOW WILL WE PROCEED IF THE WARRANTY IS ENFORCED?
We will evaluate the product to determine warranty coverage. If covered, we may repair or replace the defective product. Spain For Weddings will cover the costs related to replacement or repair if the requirements are met and it has been authorized in advance.
