1. What is your overall feeling about our company/service?

José is a great professional who is very attentive, energetic, and a great listener, with clearly a lot of experience with helping international couples to plan and arrange their weddings in Spain. We are very happy that we worked with him and Spain4weddings.

 

2. What was your situation before you used our services, and then how did our company help overcome that?

At that time I was living in South Africa, while my wife was living in Russia. We had decided to get married in Spain, where we had met. We very quickly realized that we would not be able to do this on our own remotely, especially considering certain religious dietary and customary requirements. Jose’s vast experience in weddings and venues in Spain helped us immensely in eventually finding a venue that was both on the beach, because we wanted a beach wedding. A venue that was also willing to be flexible enough to abide by these certain religious requirements. Other potential by the beach wedding venues we looked at were not interested in conforming to these certain requirements of ours.

 

3. What were you hesitant/fearful about before using our company/service and how did our company/service help overcome that?

We felt overwhelmed and nervous about getting married at a venue that we would not visit until only a few days before the wedding itself. What would happen if when we arrived we didn’t like it, or something wasn’t done correctly etc.? In this case, the venue was one that Jose had never dealt with before, so he went in person to inspect it, and sent us many videos and photos, putting our minds at ease. He gave us his own personal opinion that the venue is great and that we have nothing to worry about. This put us at ease. I believe if the venue didn’t meet the vision we had for our wedding, Jose would have told us so.

 

4. What is a specific experience you had with us that you were happy with?

We had an extremely conservative budget, compared to normal wedding standards of this type and size in Spain.  Jose was able, using his experience dealing with other venues in the past, to negotiate on our behalf some great rates. That definitely helped us achieve an absolutely memorable wedding, without having to compromise too much – not on the wedding itself and what we wanted, and not on our budget.

 

5. What are three benefits you have received from us that you value the most?

Guidance in all aspects of the wedding – from ceremony, to the dining, to the entertainment in the end. Control of all the details and agenda of the event, but on the other hand flexibility and lots of freedom.

 

 

6. What would you tell a family member or friend about our company/service?

That it is a friendly and very professional team that should organise their events! Jose is very passionate in what he does. We always felt he had our best interests at heart, even if that meant sometimes being critical of some ideas we may have had, that sounded great in our heads, but which would not have translated so well practically. Jose always agreed to carry out any specific instructions we had. But we appreciated when he tell us if he thought something wasn’t a particularly good idea, based on his experience from other weddings that hes organised.

 

7. What is the number 1 reason you would recommend our company to a friend, family member etc?

If you want a great event but you don’t know where to start, how to do it and have many burning questions, like we had purely from a lack of attending weddings ourselves as guests and having an idea of what we want by comparing to other experiences , then just do it together with Spain for weddings. Great energy, great attention to detail, friendly atmosphere and a peace of mind that you are in good hands.
